No Census Consensus

Three guests help unpack the sprawling ruling: Prof. Justin Levitt (Loyola Law School), Steven Camarota (Center for Immigration Studies), and former Census Bureau Director (and current Commissioner on the California Citizens Redistricting Commission) Vincent Barabba.
