Remote online notarization documents or RON, might be accepted if certain requirements are met. These requirements are in accordance with the state law and there are specific guidelines on how the documents must be submitted.
State law does not allow California Notaries Public to perform a remote online notarization. The document signer must appear in person before the notary public. For more information, visit here, email Jaime T. Pailma or call (562)462-2889.
