California International Arbitration Week conference starts Monday

The 3rd annual California International Arbitration Week is being held in San Francisco beginning Monday at the Hyatt Regency Embarcadero.

"California International Arbitration Week is a fantastic opportunity to bring together legal professionals to share knowledge, network and discuss the future of international arbitration in the state, as well as the trends and developments fueling its evolution," Chris Poole, JAMS CEO, said. JAMS, a double platinum sponsor of the event, said the planning committee has created an informative program that will include panel discussions and networking opportunities with organizations, practitioners, and users from all over California and around the globe. Events will begin with opening remarks from Sen. Alex Padilla (D-CA) and California International Arbitration week co-chairs Dana Welch of Welch ADR and Jeffery J. Daar of Daar & Newman LLP.

Among the topics to be discussed during the conference is the geopolitical relations between the United States and China.
