SAN FRANCISCO - Cybersecurity and Web efficiency company CloudFlare Inc. improves websites by essentially chopping them up into pieces and distributing them across servers around the world. Doing so makes it more difficult for hackers to attack the sites, but it also generated a useful side effect.
