SunPower Corp. announced plans Wednesday to sell its Antelope Valley Solar Projects in Kern and Los Angeles counties - at 579 megawatts, the world's largest permitted solar photovoltaic power development - to Phoenix-based MidAmerican Solar. The deal is one of several Lisa Bodensteiner has overseen since becoming general counsel of SunPower last year. The San Jose-based company makes high-efficiency solar cells and solar panels.
