Until early this year, Falcon Waterfree Technologies LLC was relatively relaxed in the protection of its prized patents. That changed in January when Michael G. Dwyer joined the growing waterless urinal manufacturing company as its first vice president and general counsel.
Dwyer said the lack of a legal department prohibited Falcon from being aggressive in the protection of its intellectual property.
