Originally drawn to Silicon Valley by the dot-com frenzy of the 1990s, Mitchell L. Gaynor has faced something of a legal frenzy after becoming general counsel at Juniper Networks Inc.
Gaynor had worked as general counsel at both a networking and a software company before finding, in his words, a "perfect fit" in 2004 at Juniper, which specializes in high-performance networking infrastructure, routers, switches and security devices.
