SUNNYVALE - Last year ushered in several changes for ShoreTel Inc.'s general counsel, Ava M. Hahn.
The company, which produces Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telephones and other business communication hardware and software, finalized a $146 million deal with New York-based M5 Networks Inc. in March to expand its customer base and product offerings based on cloud technology.
