LOS ANGELES - Since its founding in 1984, retail clothing chain Forever 21 Inc. has expanded from 125 stores to 550. What started as a single specialty shop in Los Angeles that hawked trendy designs for teens has now become a multitude of international stores selling a range of men's and women's merchandise.
