THE COURT:
The opinion herein, appearing at 22 Cal.4th 575, is modified as follows:
1. The numbers "4-98" and "5-98" in the second to last line of the second full paragraph of 22 Cal.4th at page 5811 are deleted and replaced with "4-89" and "5-89," respectively;
2. The word "former" in the fourth line from the bottom of the second full paragraph of 22 Cal.4th at page 5822 is deleted;
3. The number "5-98" in the second line of footnote 4 of 22 Cal.4th at page 5833 is deleted and replaced with "5-89"; and
4. The phrase "now superseded by IWC wage order No. 7-98," in the second line of the last paragraph of 22 Cal.4th at page 5934 is deleted.
The modification does not affect the judgment.
