ORDER MODIFYING OPINION [NO CHANGE IN JUDGMENT]
THE COURT:
It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on June 29, 2000, be modified as follows:
1. On page 4*, delete the last sentence in the fourth full paragraph and replace it with the following sentence:
Consequently, as to each owner, ECC Construction would be entitled to the reasonable value of its work on that owner's unit, plus the owner's share of the cost to repair the common areas.
There is no change in the judgment.
