Summary

The CA Supreme Court agreed to review Hodge v. AON Insurance Services, a case from the 2nd District Court of Appeal. In the case, a claims adjuster filed a class action for unpaid overtime wages against a company that handled claims for insurance-related entities. The issue was whether the claims adjusters, who handled complex claims, were exempt from overtime pay.
