The published opinion in this matter, filed on December 17, 2008, is modified by deleting the second sentence of the first full paragraph on page 7 of the slip opinion and substituting the following:
A multiple listing service that releases information only to members of the local realtors' association, to the exclusion of nonmembers, would be classified as a group boycott for Cartwright Act purposes.
Respondent's petition for rehearing is denied.
This modification does not change the judgment.
