THE COURT:

 

     It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on April 2, 2012, be modified as follows:

    

On page 5:

     The words ?automatic traffic enforcement system? found in lines 10-11 of the second paragraph of Section 1B are replaced with the acronym ?ATES.?

    

On page 8:

     The word ?system? found in line 7 of the first paragraph of Section 1C is deleted.

     The words ?automated traffic enforcement system? found in lines 8-9 of the second paragraph of Section 1C are replaced with the acronym ?ATES.?

    

On page 9:

     Words 13-15 ?an ATES system? are changed to ?ATES equipment.?

     In the first full sentence of line 2, which currently reads ?If an ATES system were defined as . . . ? the word ?system? is deleted.

     In line 6, which currently reads ?ATES system? the second word ?system? is deleted.
