Bankruptcy Judge Scott Yun offers perspective on his decisions

In June, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Scott H. Yun called to order the highest profile case of his seven-year career as a judge.

Western Community Energy, based in Riverside, had filed for Chapter 9 protection in a bid to reorganize. Yun was appointed to the case partially based on his experience representing utilities when he was in private practice.
