SACRAMENTO - Law is largely about the facts, or at least how lawyers present them.

But the little things count, too - the aesthetic element also can influence a verdict, said Sacramento County Superior Court Judge Judy Holzer Hersher. How lawyers position themselves to the jurors, for example. Or if lawyers stand up to question a witness or remain sitting. (Standing is better, according to the judge.)
