LOS ANGELES - Chief U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Vincent P. Zurzolo takes the view that a shrinking pile of money can sometimes be a good thing.
"There is always an incentive to come to a rational solution in bankruptcy - almost always - than there is in commercial litigation," Zurzolo said.
