SAN JOSE - U.S. District Judge Edward J. Davila displays on his chambers wall a big poster featuring his hero, heavyweight boxer Muhammad Ali, facing off with rival Joe Frazier. Sometimes, when litigation negotiations stall, Davila assembles the fractious lawyers for a look.
