SAN DIEGO - The girl's tirade took Superior Court Judge Yvonne E. Campos by surprise. How unfair of the judge to make her go to anger-management classes, the teenager ranted.

"I don't need anger management!" the girl hollered, pounding her fists on counsel table.

"She literally yelled at me," Campos recalled.
