SYLMAR - Judge Morton Rochman has no plans to retire.
He could if he wanted to, of course. Rochman holds the distinction of being the senior-most state judge in California. Wednesday marks the 40th anniversary of his appointment to the bench.
"When you like what you're doing," he said, "you keep working."
