LOS ANGELES - In January 2009, after spending much of his career in Pomona and West Covina handling criminal cases, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Abraham A. Khan moved to the Stanley Mosk Courthouse in downtown Los Angeles to take on a civil docket.
