WESTMINSTER - Debra Carrillo has probably had a broader range of law and life experiences than any of her colleagues on the Orange County Superior Court. In fact, Carrillo has had far more than most people.

Legally, she has been a cop, a bailiff, a big-firm associate, a public defender and a prosecutor. Oh, and she also was a consultant to two of television producer Steven Bochco's legal dramas.
