SAN JOSE - A recent outburst by an attorney in Santa Clara County Superior Court Judge Maureen A. Folan's family division courtroom gave the judge an opportunity to exhibit what attorneys describe as her impressive judicial temperament. According to observers, a frustrated lawyer lashed out at everyone in the room, including opposing counsel, the other litigant and even Folan herself.
