SAN BERNARDINO - Attorneys here say Superior Court Judge Brian F. Foster has a way with jurors.
There is, for starters, his demeanor. "Every time I've ever picked a jury, they're there because they're compelled to be. But not in Judge Foster's courtroom. He's so warm and friendly, so welcoming," said Douglas F. Welebir, founder of Welebir Tierney & Weck APLC in Redlands.
