NORWALK - Patrick T. Meyers, who presides over misdemeanor and felony trials and some civil cases in Los Angeles County Superior Court, admits that his work habits are not for everyone.
"I'm usually intensely engaged," Meyers said. "Some people don't care for that, but that's just the way I am."
