SAN DIEGO — Larry Ross recently pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of a controlled substance before Judge Polly H. Shamoon and expressed hope of soon being freed from custody.
Shamoon said she would need to conduct her own review of Ross’ criminal history and wait for the probation department to provide a recommendation before making a decision. People v. Ross, CD 275153 (S.D. Super. Ct., filed Jan. 11, 2018).
