LONG BEACH — Judge Laura Laesecke bungee jumped this year off a bridge at Victoria Falls near the Zimbabwe and Zambia border, the latest step in her recovery from childhood cancer.
At 4, Laesecke was diagnosed with Wilm’s Tumor, which led to the removal of one of her kidneys and several years of additional treatments.
