PASO ROBLES — Judge Rita Federman hasn’t forgotten her Rochester roots and still plays a friendly, weekly game of euchre, still popular in her hometown.
“It’s like a short form of bridge,” she said. “[My friends] have nothing to do with the law, so we get to laugh and talk and leave work completely behind.”
