SAN JOSE — Before his first day of middle school, Judge Charles Adams’ parents, both teachers, showed him around his future campus.
“They made sure that I had everything I needed to be successful, so that meant doing things ... like a dry run at the school and being like, ‘Here’s your locker, here’s where the classrooms are. You’re going to walk from here to here,’” Adams explained.
