OAKLAND — Judge Karin Schwartz dropped several “f-bombs” from the bench as she repeated for the record words from an altercation captured on a cell phone video.

“I read the texts or e-mails verbatim,” she explained later in her chambers. “I preface it by telling the parties, ‘Well, the language here is very strong,’ ... but I want to make an accurate record.”
