HANFORD — On a wall next to his chamber door, Judge Randy Edwards hung a photo of himself trudging across the finish line of an Iron Man competition, but he insists the goal isn’t to show off.
“I tell people I put that up there not for bragging rights, but to remind me every day it’s mostly mental,” he said.
