Peter Rosen

Rosen retired from Latham & Watkins at the end of 2018 and then joined JAMS, where he mediates and arbitrates both international and domestic disputes. Peter currently teaches International Commercial Arbitration Law and Advocacy at UCLA Law School and taught insurance law at USC Gould School of Law and Pepperdine University School of Law for more than a decade. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a Fellow in the American College of Coverage Counsel, an Accredited Mediator through the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution and a Certified ARIAS Arbitrator.
