Marino is an experienced intellectual property trial lawyer who tries high-stakes patent, trade secrets, and copyright cases across the United States and argues appeals at the Federal Circuit. Prior to becoming an attorney, Fabio earned his bachelor's and master's degrees in computer science and worked in the industry as a software architect. Fabio serves as Vice Chair of the Polsinelli's Intellectual Property department, chair of the Intellectual Property Litigation practice and Managing Partner of the firm's San Francisco and Silicon Valley offices.
