On June 12, 2008, a vehicle driven by defendant Stefan Staben collided with a vehicle driven by plaintiff Roderick Cudjo, while Cudjo was exiting the 280 Freeway at the Geneva Street off-ramp.
Cudjo filed an action against Staben for negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

Plaintiff alleged that he had driven into an intersection with the exit-ramp on a green light and that defendant ran a red light, causing the collision.
DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS:
Defendant argued that he went into the intersection when the light was turning from green to yellow.
