Claimant Bonnie Shoultz filed a claim against respondents Joshua Billauer, Ralph Bryan, Christopher Kozo, Wachovia Securities LLC, and Robert Wolter in connection with her investment account. Claimant alleged that she suffered damages due to respondents' unsuitable investments, negligence, and inappropriate errors and charges to her account.

Damages

Claimant sought actual damages in the amount of $26,258, punitive damages for $20,000, including interest in the amount of $11,562 and attorney fees and costs.

Result

Claimant's claims against respondents were denied and expungement of all references to the arbitration from Wolter's registration records were recommended. Respondents Billauer, Bryan, and Kozo's requests for expungement were denied.
