In 2008, American Metal & Iron Inc. entered into four written contracts with TMG Metal Inc., whereby TMG agreed to buy various metal materials from American Metal. TMG failed to purchase the full amount of materials under the contracts.

Contentions

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
American Metal filed suit against TMG, alleging breach of contract. American contended that TMG failed to fulfill three of the four contracts and failed to pay the balance owed on the fourth.

Damages

American Metal sought $103,234 in damages.

The court awarded American Metal $103,234.
