Aida Avanossian was shopping at a Costco store in Los Feliz Blvd. when she was struck from behind by a shopping cart loaded with boxes, and which was being pushed by an employee of Costco. Avanossian sued Costco Wholesale Corp. for negligence, negligent hiring and negligent supervision.
Result
The jury rendered a verdict in favor of the defense.
