Facts

The 655 5th Street Homeowners Association filed a suit against the builder, general contractor and subcontractors for construction defects at a 20-unit live-work loft and condominium building located at 655 5th Street at Townsend. The complaint alleged defects, including cracked stucco, water penetration, roof and window leaks, deck failures, and plumbing issues.

Result

The HOA recovered $1.4 million in settlement.
