In December 2007, former and current tenants of Alexandria Hotel sued Alexandria Housing Partners, Logan Property Management Inc., Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA), and the city of Los Angeles for discrimination, inhabitable housing and improper evictions.

Contentions

PLAINTIFFS' CONTENTIONS:
The plaintiffs asserted that AHP's renovation of the hotel violated their civil rights and created inhabitable housing conditions.

Result

The parties reached a settlement amounting to $1,000,000.
