Facts

On Feb. 24, 2005, plaintiff Manuel Reyes was involved in a rear-end collision with defendant Heather Walker at the intersection of Gladstone Street and Rimhurst Avenue in Glendora. He sued defendant and the vehicle's owner, defendant's father James Walker, for motor vehicle negligence.

Defendants admitted liability.
