The plaintiff claimed that defendant did not provide a safe, suitable and adequate premises, which constituted a dangerous condition.

The defendant countered that it had conducted a sweep or inspection of its floor at 2 p.m.

The plaintiff suffered injury to her knee, heel and ankle. Due to these injuries, plaintiff is afflicted with pain and contusion.
