The plaintiff was diagnosed with left elbow contusion with medial epicondylitis, left wrist strain de quervain's tenosynovitis, and partial tear of the triangular fibrocartilage, flexor tendon tendonitis, bilateral knee contusion with patellar tendonitis and patellofemoral subluxation.
