Facts

On Dec. 5, 2005 at 6:22 a.m., plaintiff Garrett Michael Turner was traveling by bicycle on Townsend Street, headed west. Defendant Pin Yin Yeung was driving a San Francisco Municipal Ruling bus eastbound on Townsend, at the intersection of Townsend Street and 7th Street, Yeung turned left onto 7th Street and struck Turner.

Contentions

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
Turner stated that Yeung was driving too fast and turned left onto 7th Street without warning.

Injuries

Plaintiff Garrett Michael Turner's injuries included a clavicle fracture, lacerations, and contusions. Plaintiff Stacy Katherine Turner's injuries include loss of consortium.

Result

The plaintiff settled the case for $95,000.
