Bogart LLC, owner of property rights associated with the actor Humphrey Bogart, brought a trademark infringement suit against Corinthian Inc. and R.C. Willey Home Furnishings, alleging that Defendants made unauthorized commercial use of the "Bogart" trademark in connection with Defendant's advertising and sale of a certain line of furniture sold by Corinthian to retailers like R.C. Willey.

Result

Stipulated permanent injunction pursuant to settlement.
