Facts

On July 11, 2005, at 12:48 p.m., plaintiff Laudenia Pleitez allegd that she and her daughter were boarding a MUNI bus owned by defendant city and county of San Francisco, when the driver suddenly closed the front doors on plaintiff. Plaintiff claimed her right hand and knee got caught between the doors, causing her to require knee surgery.

Injuries

Plaintiff claimed injury to her right hand and left knee.

Result

Defense verdict.
