Facts

Plaintiffs are two retired Las Vegas residents who were approached by defendant Ezor and convinced to surrender their insured annuities for an investment in a "debt restoration program." This investment was supposed to use investor funds to purchase non-performing debt and collect it using a proprietary method. In fact, the funds raised were diverted to the principals, then wired to offshore bank accounts. The plaintiffs brought this action against the defendants based on negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, intentional and negligent misrepresentation and violation of Nevada Securities Law.
