Claimant asserted causes of action for violation of various federal and Washington state securities laws, failure to supervise, breach of fiduciary duty, misrepresentations/non-disclosures, omission of facts, suitability, breach of contract, negligence, and breach of good faith and fair dealing.

RESPONDENT'S CONTENTIONS:
Respondent denied the allegations and asserted various affirmative defenses.

Damages

Metro sought more than $300,000 in compensatory damages plus attorney fees.

Result

The FINRA Panel denied Metro's claim in their entirety and likewise denied non-parties' requests for expungement of their respective CRD records.
