Contentions

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
Plaintiff claimed that the chair was a dangerous condition and that defendant should have warned plaintiff.

DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS:
Defendant claimed that the chair was in a return merchandise area with a 3x3 sticker stating "Non Saleable Item" and not to be used by public.

Settlement Discussions
