Contentions
PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
Plaintiff alleged that was forced to suffer a sexually hostile environment where Solis allegedly made inappropriate sexual innuendos and made sexual requests. Further, she alleged gender discrimination, unlawful retaliation, breach of contact, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
Result
The parties reached a $300,000 settlement, which included a $160,000 severance pay.
