Plaintiff sued various government defendants for premises liability after she tripped and fell while walking on a sidewalk located on Garden Grove Boulevard, in the County of Orange.

Contentions

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
Plaintiff contended that a mismatch or variance of the cement on the sidewalk was a dangerous or defective condition that caused her fall and that defendants were liable because they either had knowledge or should have had knowledge of the dangerous condition.

DEFENDANTS' CONTENTIONS:
Defendants denied plaintiff's allegations and asserted various affirmative defenses.
